u have to find players with high forcasts - train them with a high % youth coach - make suitable youth formation - use the temp promo's wisely to boost training etc.. etc.. there are tonns of things u need to do, its a whole new frontier for u looking at your squad there are a few hours of reading up u need to do by the looks of things - do a forum search for 'youth training' or sim or just talk 1 0n 1 to an experenced manager, reckon i could point u in the right direction in 15 mins chat good luck oh and try 'youth farming' as forum search |

19 years old - promote at any avg 18 years old - promote at 40 avg 17 years old - promote at 50 avg 16 years old - promote at 60 avg 15 years old - promote at 70 avg 14 years old - promote at 80 avg By promote i mean that they will get the yellow P, which makes them promotable without any penalty. At age of 19, they will get a red P, which means they will start to lose morale if they are not promoted. hope this helps you  |

Check the Market and market forum; some managers make the forecast of players visible. You can also put up your own post on market forum or market chat(s) stating the type/quality of players you want. Most of the players originate from schools so may want to build some - though I won't encourage you to do that for now. | 16/09/2012 13:28 |

yeah like i have a few around 80 - 83 fc defenders in auction at mo will go for under 1m also i have a LM in my portugal school he is about 70 prg would happily sell him for 250k so u can easily find players upto about 85 fc cheap but over 85 u will have to pay alot more |
