 By PL, do you mean weekend's private league games? I don't think it should affect the morale of juniors but if it does for you, I will like to know how long you have been observing this. 17/09/2012 17:10

 Yes, i mean my private league games,whenever i get beaten in pl my jnr morale drops and their avg decreases.this has be happening for sometime now.

 in past my junior average has dropped when i lost PL game - never thought to check moral and see if i was losing out on training...
