I will suggest u train him as suggested by my co-managers, probabbly for 2months(constant training) before promoting him. Or better still, sell him out to managers who can train him very well |

once a player turn 19, he get a Red P and start to loose 1 point of progression each day staying in the junior team, so 2 months more and you will have kill the player... you have to promote him once he will hit 40.00 and get the yellow P, maybe wait the last day of the season but not after then, or train him as told before, loan him to manager who ll train as told be fore, or sell him to me  Edited by Fahorax 19-09-2012 06:06 Edited by Fahorax 19-09-2012 06:07 |
