Use common sense and go with your gut. 70% players can go from 250K to 1M depending on starting average, age, position and such Prices increase as progression gets higher, and FC is factored in there too. Talk to the seller, and reach an agreement you're comfortable with. 18/09/2012 04:12

what is the min price for <65 prog jrs that wont incur a fine? I'd like to give my away as opposed to murdering them. Any guidance? Can I sell them for 0?

selling on auction does not incur penalties as long as you don't use direct buy, if my understanding of the market is correct.

I believe that if a player is on auction and a bunch of "idiots" decide they want the player no matter what, the sale's price will not incur a penalty unless it is a direct purchase price that is outside the realm of the reality within the transfer market.

So yes, sell your <65% prog players from $0 and even if they go for 10K or less you will not be fined nor will the buyer. Or the opposite, whereby a player with <65% prog sells for tens of millions due to a bidding war.

Fiscals let me know if my understanding is accurate here. Thanks

Its correct sir..
When stupid players go for high value in auction, we just check if there is any multi account relationship or if these has been many cases where stupid players were bought from same manager. This accounts to excess help. Otherwise its all clear.

I think what blue meant to say was, it's legal if the team that purchased was not an account belonging to the seller and that if a friend purchased that they weren't helping to excess by overpaying for the player.
