I may have missed this in the FAQ, but I some of my players do not have 100% motivation, I remember one was around 50%. Is there a way to increase it? Morale is already max. | 19/09/2012 02:57 |

Include him in the starting lineup and his motivation will increase. Usually around 100+. A high rated coach can be of an influence too. | 19/09/2012 04:16 |

He's already a starter. He missed one game due to suspension. Would that have that large of an effect? | 19/09/2012 04:20 |

Actually, dats just the rule: a player in the starting lineup gets a 100+ motivation, 50+ for the players in the substitution list, while 25+ is for does players on the reserve list. This may vary depending on your coach average i guess | 19/09/2012 04:34 |

Coach has no impact on motivation. Only starting position, win/loss, and accessories. Also, temp promoted juniors who win will have 160+ percent on returning to their junior squads. | 20/09/2012 18:38 |
