I train my jun.coach 81% in degree with 100gb,what will he be when he come back on 29th of this month.....and if he gain maybe +10=91,and I got another coach with 89 before he arrived,can the degree training increase the new manager,or it will be for only the current one,in which if I hired the new manager,the training will not have any effect +(the training avg.)increase to the new hired manager......So I will need to give him another training before he can got anything... | 21/09/2012 20:54 |
