Hi, I got a player (from school) and put him in the junior squad (OM, 40 average) last september 12th (more or less). I've been training kinda the whole team but also and obviously the OM position. Nevertheless it always showed a green up arrow, never a red down one. Though, today... OM, average 38. O.O I know players getting old start to lose their abilities, but this one is IN the junior squad (no premature promoting at all) and he's just 14 years old. O.O This downgrade would mean that no matter what I do he will start being down and down? Should I just promote him now anyway before he became an useless cow?. O.o |

He has 93 morale, probably because your team lost (junior or senior). Send your psychologist to work and he will be back on track...with morale 99, his average will be back to normal. |

Once your psychologist works on the player, his average should be back up where you expect, so I wouldn't do any early promoting. On the other hand, looking at your experience points, you may want to get your best youth players resigned, and raise the release clauses of your most valuable players. Otherwise, you may find your best players go elsewhere at the start of the season. |
