Hello, I am currently at 30/36/24/18 and was wondering if it would make sense for me to open up the 3rd tier? I was considering upgrading many sections all at once and then speeding it up with GB's. So I would go to standing on all 3rd tier (+48k standing). Then make all my second tier general (+30k general, -30k standing). This would cost me about $27m. Or should I rather just upgrade a general to pro and a pro to VIP to make my stadium 30/30/24/24 (that would cost me about $24m). Thoughts? |

In higher divisions, the optimal seating is 42/42/36/36, so you want to make sure you can eventually have that. I found in division four that 24-25k is about the level that fills when the stadium is optimized, so you should make sure you get to 24k of pro and vip. If you want, you could consider also building all of tier 3 as standing now even though it won't fill as the billboard revenue will outweigh the $48000 of weekly maintenance. I just did it and got about 60k of additional billboard revenue per home game. Also, doing the extra seats now and using Gb's will increase the value of the Gb's. Just my thoughts. |

Other good "formations" for stadium are 42/36/36/42 or 36/42/42/36, i saw a manager with one of those who got 20million per match but forgot, and that player is now gone and so with him his stadium | 24/09/2012 10:16 |

I'm at 30K VIP now because I'm going to division 3 next season, but a division 5 or 6 player should worry about getting to 42/42/36/36 too quickly. I'm not saying that people shouldn't focus on upgrading, they just need to be careful that their maintenance costs don't get out of control with no revenue to pay for them. yeah in div 5/6 people should focus on getting like 12k pro just to up their revenue and have like maximum 60k seater even though you wont fill it just good to do atleast 1 ring, and upgrade to that | 25/09/2012 02:46 |
