Okay, so I was trying to do the same thing tonight and the last couple days, D. I kept putting my 30s-40s up for sale hoping someone would bite. I got lucky a couple times, but not much. Then I thought, 'well, I'll just wait til the bot players are gone' (it's not only managers who didn't re-sign -- the bigger problem is bot teams whose players' contracts are up, and they get released on the market starting at $0). Well, as I was looking at the market seeing all these free 40-50 players, and frantically trying to clear out my 30s to make space for them, something occurred to me: DON'T SELL YOUR 30s. There's no point. Instead, I FIRED A TON. High 20s - high 30s, maybe even a few low 40s. I just fired all of them. Then, with all the empty space in the squad, I loaded up on free players. Any 35+ player or so, I bid $0 on. I started at the highest average free player (usually low 50s) and bid for each one in descending order until I had no more space. And I basically never bid more than $0. Not even $10k most of the time. So I lost alot of auctions, but I won a bunch too, more than I could actually hold on my squad. So I'm going to hold these players for another 24 hours basically. By then, all the free bot team players will be gone -- all the ones no one buys, the system will just delete. Then the floor of the market will be much higher -- only human team players on auction, and they'll almost always be priced much higher than $0. And then, I can flood the market with my moderate-to-high price 35+ players that the Div6/Div7 managers will be searching for. They'll be so embarrassed by their 20-35 average start-up teams, and they'll be losing so many games because of their team averages, that they'll pay anything they can to get 35+ and 40+ players. When they do, the players I signed for free will be right there on the market, moderately priced at $500k to $3 or $4m. The revenue from these free players will more than cover the losses I took when I fired my season 7 players (who I sometimes paid as much as $2m for). And, in fact, because their averages are generally higher than the players I bought last season and fired tonight, I'll end up making much more than I would have had I just waited out the free player week/hostile night market then sold my original lower average season 7 players at their market prices. Just as i build my squad,when i lost my previous team,i rolled out with bad guys,anyway i joined the game,at the last month of season 3 check my current senior squad,all are either free player or bought at cheap prices |

i also fired a bunch of guys in the 30s... raised my average player's skill about 6 points. Unfortunately, probably not high enough to compete against the real good players in Power League. Yet! | 02/10/2012 17:03 |

Keep moving man,with good training schedule,you can make 42average in a season,just make sure the player have good prog with a better coach,also junior farm with help alot |
