Hi everybody! In order to have a better training, I will increase motivation of my player. So if I want to train a midfield, I have to put it in the first team. But what i want to know is when the change take effect on player motivation. In other words, when I have to put player in first team? the day before the training? or the same day? |

To improve the motivtion, you put on first team, but for the motivation to increase the player has to play the next match | 04/10/2012 12:45 |

The motivation of a player is updated after each game and I suppose you already know how that works. This new motivation then determines how the player trains at the end of that SM day (i.e. after training update for the day). | 04/10/2012 13:02 |

So, if i play at 2 p.m., my players motivation is updated. So at midnight my players will get training referred to that value of motivation. Right? Or that value of motivation will take effect in the day after training? Thanks FC Ubuntu... PS: and if i play a beta match? or don't play at all? motivation will be constant untill next match? |

Yes PS: and if i play a beta match? or don't play at all? motivation will be constant untill next match? Beta match affects motivation as in a normal league games but motivation of players will not change if you played no match at all |
