Rookie
 I tried to loan swap with a user (he is Div. 5, I am Div. 4). It let him loan me the junior player, but did not let him loan his player out with a message about the player not wanting to go. Any ideas what may be causing this? I will also make sure he hasn't already loaned out 3 players.

 To do a loan swap you both need to be in the same division,
