 Hello,my players don't seem to be having any improvement even though they are being trained. What am i going to do ? 07/10/2012 08:59

 Your players will have reached there peak, in training it's all about progression and forecast.

Forecast is the highest average the player will be, so if your players have reached there forecast there is only one way to go and that is down

Progression is the speed of which the player can reach his forecast, the higher the progression the quicker it is,

One tip would be to buy young players as they will be more likely to train than older players. 		07/10/2012 10:35

..........THESE (+0.29) signs show that ur player is IMPROVING
. . . . . . . ... . .And one thing.....YOU cant judge ur player's improvement by his gameplay in the SIMULATION
and also their progression should be high so that you could see his avg. going up HOPE this helped
