 I train senior CF's everyday (my senior coach is 95% with a course in progress to upgrade to 97%), and I'm looking for someone in 4th division like me who trains GK in juniors to swap loans (the junior GK that is put as loan out).

I could train your senior CF everyday as substitute (all matches with 77-82% motivation) if you train my junior GK as substitute, too.

My training schedule for this season is repeating it every 2 weeks:
2 x Sprint
2 x Dribbling
1 x Crossing the ball
2 x Shots on goal
2 x Beating markers
2 x Dribbling
1 x Crossing the ball
2 x Shots on goal
