I did not realized it until Sunday (2 days ago), when I tried to hostiled one of div 1 junior. At that time, hostiling player did not work, then I refer to the update. My player who was hostiled by someone was bought on monday. May this clear what you think.
Now, please show me directly in which regulation or updates or forum in SM says hostiling is not part of of buying player. Otherwise, our discussion will go nowhere.
I will not continue this discussion if anyone not come with something new.

Hey tazallo, come off it man!
WEBSTERS dictionary says buying means "to get by...agreeing to pay money" (transfer agreement)

2."to buy...at an auction" (direct purchase)

there is no definition for hostiles ^_^

Hi Derek,
I don't know if we use webster here, all I use is quoted from SM: season 8 update and FAQ 2. The discussion will be useful if you could find one in SM that contrary to these sources.

only just now occured to me - in that case, this updated changed nothing, one will simply resign that junior at high salary to raise the clause price and let a friend of their hostile him at pre-agreed price. Same as transfer agreement, but more of a hassle.

I brought this up as a loop hole in general chat when it was announced. Most felt since you would have to wait 24 hours it still opened it up for others to hostile so you would be putting yourself at risk.

It is a very unfortunate misunderstanding, but there is nothing we can do for you. The manager who hostiled you has not broken any rules, and if it was suddenly decided that the hostiling of your player was done illegally, it would have to be the same for all players who have been hostiled in the time between the update and now and so all players would need to be returned, or some such remedy.

We are not in the business of applying rules retroactively even if it was decided so.

In future, I would suggest resigning all of your juniors, just to be certain. As for your case, there is nothing that can be done.

If you have any further issues in this regard, please email them to info@strikermanager.com.

Thanks.
