 Hi, I want to know how to have a coach with a higher percentage. Over the course, every time I try a new coach is always lower than my coach.

 It's random the coaches that you can hire, everyone gets the same list so if a 90+ comes along it will get snapped up quick,

Just be patient and keep looking, if not you can train you staff with either GBs or in game money. 		09/10/2012 17:29

 You can start training your coaches. U can do it either by using Golden Balls termed as Degree (100 GBs) which will increase ur coach % by 2 or use SM cash termed as Course which will increase ur coach by 1%. 09/10/2012 17:31

 Coaches above 85% are fairly rare and over 90% are almost never seen on the hiring screen.

On the staff screen, you can click on training to see the options to increase your coach's percentage. A degree, which costs 100 GBs, increases 2%, while a course, which costs in-game money, increases 1%. 		09/10/2012 17:32

Bottom line, don't ever pay in-game money for a school compared to just hiring a more expensive coach. It never pays off. As for GBs, you've got to decide what they're worth to you. I've used them to train my coaches. 		10/10/2012 05:30
