it is obvious that if there not trained right they will be no good, most people train tackling and sprint and thats about it, in general with equal stats the LDF/RDFs are better but against wingers the LB/RBs are better, may i also point out that this is only my opinion |

Sorry eam, didn't mean to sound like an arse,. Your opinion could well be right for the general rw vs the general rb. I guess i was trying to say that technique is the key to all defensive positions. |
