We want to inform you about the new regulation system regarding junior players. As we informed, 14-15 years old juniors can only be sold by auction or hostile buy out now. Even with this change, it is possible for players to abuse the system, so we would like to let you know what can be done, and what cannot be done regarding these players. - Even if a junior is sold by auction, it's still punishable if someone bids more than the real player value. If we have a player that costs 10M, you cannot bid 20M for him. As this will be off-market, and hence, punishable. This kind of fines will only be applied if we see some will of helping the seller, as we understand the price of a high progression junior can change a lot. If the price paid goes off-market due to a bidding war, it will be okay on most cases, depending on the final paid amount and the junior quality. - From now on, the price of a junior is considered according to his current age/average/progression. This has changed from last season where only age/average were taken into account. - So, a transfer agreement of a 16-years old junior with very good progression for very low money is now punishable. (A 40-16 junior with good progression for 1M is punishable, as it's worth a lot more) Applying hostile buy out not punishable (also works for 14-15 years ), unless there is something that makes us think the this hostiling is intentional (Lowering his clause, putting a very low clause once directly and so on) Our suggestion if you want to sell a player, and you don't know how much it can be worth. Just put it up for auction, and he'll get his market value on its own. Don't make transfer agreements for juniors, even if you know his progression/forecast. Auction is a lot better system to do it, as you cannot be fooled that way. This new regulation system can be modified if we see that it does not cover everything that can happen regarding this issue.
