The progression of players cannot change, you just have to keep checking to hire a coach, everyone gets the same list of coaches so when a good one comes along he will get hired quickly, You can also train your current coach with in game money (course) which will gain 1% Or with 100 GBs (degree) which will gain 2% |

When you refer to the term "Progression", it means the players ability to train. Higher the progression faster the player trains and other way round. When you refer to % it means you want to upgrade your coach from 85% to 90% or even above. You can do so by using Golden Balls or by using SM cash. As you train your coaches to higher % the amount of SM cash required to train him increases but the salary of your coach remians the same. |

It is a games of luck to get a better coach you just have to keep checking, and for the training:- Regular courses to improve staff quality. Each course improves 1 point. The course cost game money. Each master course improves 2 points. Master courses cost golden balls. Each employee can take 5 improvement courses choosing between regular course or master courses. You can afford the three first courses as you want (money game or golden balls), the last two can be took only with golden balls. Master courses cost 100 golden balls. The regular courses cost depend on the current employee quality and it ranges between 5M and 20M. The maximum level a employee can reach is 99. Your staff do not need to take the 5 courses if their qualities are 96, it will be enough with 3 regular courses or 1 regular course and 1 master course to reach the top level, for example. We have to plan this very carefully, because if you have an 81 quality employee and then takes 5 master courses, the employee top level will be only 91, and if you hired a 93 quality employee later, the taken classes before will be lost and useless. If it makes you feel better ive been looking for a decent youth coach for a while now. Best i ever saw was 68. Logged in today, thought id have a peek amd there was an unsigned 87. 6 degrees and hes 99. Just keep looking. | 16/10/2012 22:01 |
