 how can you recover the motivation of the players?

 Motivation is dependent on your lineup.

If a player starts in the correct position (green), he'll get 100% plus 5% for winning.

If a player starts in a yellow position or a red position, his motivation will be negatively impacted.

If a player is in the substitutes, he'll get 75% plus 5% for winning.

If a player is a reserve, he'll get 50% plus 5% for winning.

 if a player is in the yellow position in senior they train at 90%, if red 25%

for junior i think red or yellow the outcome is both 25% (not 100% sure) 		18/10/2012 14:04

 Stadium accessories also affect motivation. Each level of Dressing Rooms you build gives your players an extra 1% motivation 18/10/2012 17:58
