i didn't understand about this sentence, can you please explain it to me? Q: To which divisions may I loan out a player? A: To 3 divisions only - your same division and 2 below yours. i am at div 6, so? |

So someone from div 4 can loan to you, div 3 and above can't, You also cannot loan to divisions higher than your own |
