If you want to be competitive (meaning using high effort) in private league, league and maybe Striker cup and keep stamina high...yes | 21/10/2012 12:40 |

bestboss5 said: What effect does stamina have on player's performance. When the bar over a player becomes completely red, he will run very slow (compared to his normal speed, and independently to the effort you set): against a weak opponent it could not make any difference, but against strong teams running fast or not is the difference between win or lose a match. When you set the effort, you decide how many stamina players will lose playing an entire match, but during the match the speed with wich a player gets tired is related to his strenght percentage. So, each player of a team will lose the same stamina in an entire game (effort set), but those with lower strenght will get tired earlier DURING the match. Stamina recovery is the same for all, 10 points each day recovered with training. If you use high effort and play cup, league and private league, stamina daily recovery is insufficient to restore it at 99, so your players will begin next matches with the bar partially red (a player with stamina at 50 will begin the match with half bar red).
