Ball boy
 So I stupidly promoted 2 of my best youth prospects, and their average reduced by more than half. Will it ever go back to what it previously was? Or are the players basically lost for good now? Hope that makes sense! 23/10/2012 23:36

 You need to use your Psychologist and Physiotherapist. They won't have the same prog and fc as they were promoted too young.

 No need to run physio...that only impacts fitness. Definitely run your psych though, as average is directly related to morale.

 They may well increase their average with the use of psycho ... but their Expected forecasts will fall way down... You ruined your players... i would suggest sell them ^_^ 24/10/2012 10:40

 It may not be as bad as it is being painted. You can still use the players for now as they have similar averages as your senior team. When you get better players, you decide what to do with them. 24/10/2012 12:49
