Just promote them and pray they don't loose much progression

 Hi,

i have seen plenty of juniors with only 17years getting the "P" of ready for promotion.
I know this usually happens when then become 18years old, however, if this is possible, how can i speed up my junior player "readyness" for first team action?

I usually temporary promote them and play them, so they get experience points, is it related to this? is there a minimum experience points for a junior to be ready to be promoted?

 Juniors get promoted for their average not experience. You can safely promote 40 average 18 year-old player (40/18), 50/17, 60/16, etc. 25/10/2012 20:08

actually i have been using the temporary promotion connecting 3 premisses:

1. The junior must be on starting 11 of either League or Private League;
2. Temporary promote them when they are going to train their specific Skills(Defence/Midfield/Striker) with the main Squad;
3. Start temporarty promoting at age of 14 so they can get as much experience points as possible previous to Final Promotion at 18 years old.

So i guess i have been lucky because after reading the article you just showed me, my way of doing things kind of makes sense 		25/10/2012 20:17
