If two managers make a deal to exchange 2 players and the players have skills above 60+ so multioffer is not possible. Can they exchange the players at a lower price than the market price or is it count as cheating? Thanks in advance | 26/10/2012 11:24 |

Ha managers did abuse that system as well. Under 60 average 27+ players exchanged for younger players whose value was much more coz of prog and fc. | 26/10/2012 19:58 |

Fraid not, to give you a vague idea. You have a 200m player he has a 200m player. You swap for 0 each. You and he may end up with a 200m fine. Probably more depending on the fiscal who gets it. | 26/10/2012 22:10 |

That's true you will both be fined, it is best to work with fiscals and find a price, someone I remember being fined for a swap and a 10 point deduction, and that was after asking a fiscal, so my advice would be to ask more than one  |
