Should we be able to freely advertise players in other div forums

Apparently this is a retainable offence. I don't understand why and think we should discuss it  Div forums are usually pretty quiet. Being as the market forum is a full on train wreck and market chat is usually empty, should we not encourage greater use of div forums? |

Personally, I hate getting spammed about player sales, and the Div forum is one form of this. If I want to buy a player, I'll go to the appropriate market forums / venues (or hostile). | 01/11/2012 11:39 |

Answer that question and I think you may have your answer. Any type of spamming, be it marketing players, asking for GBs, best goal votes, etc., is not allowed and never has been. The market forum, while not perfect, generally gets good results. |

Managers from the Div / Grp do not like when managers other than from that Div / Grp post in their market forums even if you are selling a 99 prog player. You can freely advertise your player in your own grp or PLs. You can ask managers belonging to other PL whether you can post in their PLs as well. | 01/11/2012 12:43 |

I see your point O.P, But, there is a market section in forum and market chat and SM messaging. Email me when u got players to sell. ill gladly take a look. Also, while you still can and before a stop is put to the spamming of SM news, you could post there and reach a broader audience. The spam issue is the main problem, it clutters the user interface and can potentially create lag. Think about it, 100 messages come thru, thats 100 Messages being created for 20 teams over and over and then more and more on top of those. Edited by cmccourt 01-11-2012 15:07 |
