Try using this technique. 1. Click on Hire 2. If search brings your desire % coach, hire him and Stop 3. Else hire the lowest % coach on offer 4. Then goto step 1 and search again immediately till you get your desire % coach. If you don't get your desired % coach at a particular time, give it a break and try later. You gona spend little cash on this technique but you gona have a better % coach. |

You gona spend little cash on this technique but you gona have a better % coach. Just to add to this, set a maximum in your head that you're willing to pay, while playing staff roulette. When all 4 coaches shown are more than that number, stop, wait for someone else to clear them and come back an hour latter. For example, i wouldnt pay more than 35k, otherwise it starts to burn through money quick when you pay 200k for a coach and then fire him for double money. |
