Yeah I looked it is a achievement for retiring a player that started on your team or from your school, still a hard achievement to get but it isn't the hall of fame one, have a look yourself buddy  @patient said: so like I said soli couldn't get it as he has only just started that team- The player must have played a minimum of 4 seasons in your team.
