When a yellow P bècome red one? 19 aged? So it is better TO promote it at the end of 18th year? |

Yes, when a player becomes 19 he must be promoted (red P), otherwise he will start to lose FC and progression. Yes, go ahead and promote your players at the end of the 18th year so you don't risk losing any FC or progression, but I'm pretty sure they give you a 2-week grace period when they are 19 to promote them without any loss of FC or progression EDIT: Sorry, I should have clarified that if they're 18 they must be 40 avg. If they are not 40 averaged yet (40 average = yellow P for 18years old) and you don't want to impact their progression and forecast, wait till they are actually 19 and the red P appears to promote. Meaning don't promote at the end of 18 because it is still 18 and not 19.... |

Edited by cmccourt 24-11-2012 01:06 a yellow p will come when ur youth plr is ready for senior team nd a red p when they hav to be promoted.whenever red p appears promote them asap.but if a yellow p appears u mst consider somethings first like ur senior training is suitable fr plr or not,is ur coach better than ur youth.if it meets these criterion then promote him as he will gain additional experience. |
