 Can some one who can do Matrix solve this for me , i already solve but not sure about my answer

 No probs. You can check out if your answer is right by solving the equation. In case you didn't get what I said , read whats written below.

Second problem is
3 -5 1
-2 3 -1

So you can write it as

3x - 5y = 1

-2x + 3y = -1

You solve these equations you get x = 2, y = 1. So your resultant matrix has to be

1 0 2
0 1 1

which you have got. So it's right
