I played a game today against a private league team. After looking back at my past games with them I noticed I consistently have close to 20 offsides against them. In anticipation of playing them I adjusted by formation and pulled all of my strikers as far back as possible in my advanced tactics. This still didn't work as I was given 18 offsides this time some of them only a few steps past midfield. The offsides trap is abusing the sim and needs to be fixed. | 15/12/2012 21:00 |

Their OT must be too strong... When the ball is in your half of the pitch, keep your strikers behind half line. And keep your strikers in line with the ball in the attacking half of the pitch. |

man, I am with you on this one. I get so pissed off because when I look at my stats overall I feel like I should have either won or tied the match but I get up to 20 offside calls per game and it is driving me crazy. the best solution in beating the OT is THINKING! all of you are whining but are not making the very least effort of trying to beat the tactic and except other to share their tactics for charity the funny thing is that most of the whiners are from div 5 or 6, that's why there's a ladder to climb from each division, it's harder and harder to win |

Watch my game from today. My opponent played a high offside line. It didn't work out so well for him. Watch where my players are in relation to the ball. OT is pretty easy to beat. I've noticed, that at least in my division, most people don't use or play OT simply because fast forwards and proper positioning breaks OT and creates tons of 1x1 or 2x1 or 3x1 etc. | 19/12/2012 23:36 |

The many offside bugs need to be addressed to stop abuse. For example in SM it's still ruled offside, even if the attacker was in his own half when the pass to him was made. |

In last few games last season my opponent was give offside from penalty kick, and in 2 different games.... Last game I had "27" offisides... So I would like to ask smart people about soccer.... If ur playing counter on long balls with lets say 3 very fast players waiting for those balls.... When 27 balls reach them for 1 on 1 situation... So what do u think logically.... if I have 2 lines very defensive and my attack line is problematic.... So u pull it back as deep as its possible with that red line in tactics.... And the u get 27 offsides in a game , hey attackers can loose few battles but treat them like that... So please is there any secret tactic that can help me do that... I dont want start playing short balls , possession... i want play long or semi long ball quick counter and I want my attack line to be behind their defense.... Can somebody please tell me a hint , on PM if u like Thanks |
