Oh I have successfully trained up garbage into respectable form, just look at Zack Hashim and the RF I just promoted. That RF had only been trained with dribbling, and looked a lot like that CDF, but with high enough prog, anything can be sorted out in a season or two |

If you would look at my junior squad, you will see that i have made a nice investment in youth def/dfm's WITHOUT using schools Schools MAY BE a great idea, but they are extra expenses that I really don't need.... they are more for TURNOVER than they are for PROFIT (persay)... I disagree, I've doubled the amount of money I've spent on my schools. It's taken me two seasons, but I wouldn't have made it if I didn't have them. It takes time and luck |

Oh don't get me wrong, it CAN profit no doubt... But it's designed for TURNOVER, not profit... Only SMART INVESTORS turn profits...not anyone willing to build a school hoping for that 90+ prog to land in their lap! |

Actually, my schools replaced my GB searches. They are slower and much less reliable, true enough. However, you can land players with much higher starting averages from schools and with high prog, they're much more valuable than players you get elsewhere. The fact is, eventually you WILL get a 90+ prog player from a 5 star excellent school - it's just a matter of time The key is to have as many excellent schools as you can. All the 5 star ones, 4.5 star ones, and a couple of cheaper 4 star ones is enough. Costs a lot yes, but you only need 4-5 high prog players in good positions to make cash.
