Hi, I have a junior who is ready to be promoted, but it's a yellow P, not a red one, so I can still wait.

Now, my junior coach is 90% and my first team coach is 86% (so, not a huge difference).

What I want to know is, is it better to keep the junior in the junior squad and wait till he get better, or it doesn't matter and I can promote him and let him develop in the first squad (he is my best player in junior, but also in senior squad an he would play whenever he can)?

Also, if I promote him, I should be able to train "him" in 90% of the time, as he is my best player and would be the only one in the first team who can really improve, while in the junior team I have other positions I have to train, so I would train him only about 60% of the time (I know what is the best for training player in junior team, but I need to train more positions to really improve my team).

Thx in advance for the answer.

PS
Actually, my first team coach is 84%. So, first team coach 84%, junior coach 90%, but the first team coach would train the junior player most of the time, which is not the case with the junior coach.

He doesn't need this link as he says he has a yellow p,

I keep my juniors in the junior team till I need them to play in senior or if I need the junior place for another young prospect,

If you train the same position in junior and senior I would promote and get another young prospect training in junior instead,

That answer your question in any way?

I'd promote him, he'd be your best player and he'd get more training as a senior, so you're probably better off promoting him.

Also, in the future, you should refer to what Eam said above as that's exactly the way to think about when to promote juniors.

Thx a lot for the answer. Also, I will probably do that with temporary promotion and than just promote him for good.

Thx again.
