From what I have "heard" they are trying to reduce the free players everyone are getting. To do this, they are capping GB searches for free players at 85% (search won't return better when you select "no team"). They are then adding 3-5% to all school players as a further incentive to avoid this method. This is what I have heard. Subject to being entirely incorrect. |
