I notice a big difference in a players performance when they have skill points and I see that most high average LF/RFs have high leadership, but I am not as convinced that the rate of experience gain is enhanced that noticeably per increase in leadership. Are these guys just training PKs to get average up and make more money, or is there something more to it? GunnerNye, time to do an experiment! |

Honestly i dont think leadership makes huge difference at all. A player gets more exp depending on his matchday rating. An MVP probably gets the most each game. I might be wrong but i think this is also a factor that influences the exp distribution. |

I ran a test last season just keeping track of exp gained by various players, seems like leadership plays little or no direct part in the equation. However, indirectly it does: Training leadership increases average quickly with some positions and therefore their game rating as game rating seems to be directly related to player average. Game Rating does affect the exp gained, so by getting your winger from 70 av to 80 av by training corner kicks as Reb suggests will indirectly help his exp gained. Obviously time in the game (subs were getting less than half the exp gained) is a factor. ummm, oh yeah and it seems positions are important, my IM back then and DFM would gain more exp per game than any other positions. Thats all the info I have so far...... |

LF 1 was rated 3 below his actual av and LF 2 was rated 3 above his actual av. |
