I am looking for a responsible manager to train this LW 80/17 (with awesome stats). I will consider the following two options: 1. Youth exchange. I am training L/RW this season. If you train L/RW, and have a future star player who may hit the red promote bar soon, then I propose to exchange my LW with your player via loans. We can train them both at 105% without having to promote them this season. This has to happen soon though. 2. Senior loan. If you train L/RB with 2 sprints, 2 tackling and 2 corners a week, I will loan my LW to you. Alternatively, if you train L/RW 7 days a week with a good coach, I will also loan him to you.
