Question. My therapist says the players have gained 13+ points, the player is at 85 stamina, how much stamina should the player have when the therapist is done? Reason I'm asking is because the players go from 85 to 95, that's 10 points not 13 like the therapist says. Or do the points mean something else? |

Stamina is recovered by 10 points each day with training, and if you forget to set training, stamina is not recovered. Physio was useful to recover fitness at the beginning of the season (players started season with low fitness, it means that they got tired early during the firsts matches), but this season i saw all players had 99 from the beginning, so i don't understand the usefulness of having a physio.. |

Players regain stamina equal to the amount of fitness divided by 10. So if you have a player with 70 fitness, they will recover 7 stamina points, if they have 75, they will recover 8 stamina points. Physio is useful because it allows you to regain fitness to 99, and hence regain the maximum amount of stamina. |
