First-team player
 I bout this player Vithoon "FC 79 Visible" Pluekcha when he was just a baby. I train him well all season and check his FC it was 79 (junior coach 93)

Just sold him now and the new coach checked his FC and it was 86 (with a coach rating 95)

 Player forecasts can constantly change especially if a player has not trained for a while. So when they do get training it can jump. I've seen significant improvement in players over just a single season, so a few seasons of training and they can go pretty high. 01/01/2013 18:54

 Wow did not know this. My junior squad is a forward farm. So I train them all season long been doing this the last 2 seasons now.

 A player's forecast also depends on his morale and the coach %. A player with a 90% coach compared to himself with a 70% coach... He will have an exceptionally better forecast (Anywhere from 1-5ish) 01/01/2013 19:45

I thought it was morale. If a player has like 60 morale, his average as well as his forecast would drop until the morale is recovered. 		01/01/2013 21:25

 Average is dropped until recovered but fc stays same,

If you promote early you get low morale and then the forecast IS lowered maybe this is what you are thinking of? 		01/01/2013 21:29

i was wondering.. that on early promotion FC drops. But if we train the player regularly from then, will it go up to the previous level? 		02/01/2013 11:06

 Right I have done a little experiment,

I got a player from my school and checked fc/Prog and this is the result



78 Prog with 82 fc, then I promoted early and this is the result



Now he is only 63 Prog, his fc is still 82 but it will update most likely with tonight's training and will drop.

So to answer your question sanyam the player gets damaged and stays that way
