Hey guys I've a question about the progression of one of my player: he was improving very well and quickly and now his progression lower than before. But my others players which play at the same position are improving very well, them, while they have the same training... I don't understand because what i've understood was that every player has a personal progression that is always the same.... Thanks for your explanations !! |

Progression is always the same, however as a player improves, the speed of his training goes down. For example, these two players have the same progression, and close to the same forecast. Here is my player http://en3.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=9674584 To be precise, I've seen that he was improving quite better last season, with the same trainings: maybe it's because he is now one year older? Anyway, thanks for your help, it's nice to see that there is always someone to help the others in this forum^^ |

his age won't make any difference to his training increase. if he is training better than last season with the same training schedule, he must have better motivation. players in your starting line-up get 100%, subs get 80%, and reserves get 50%. Players playing out of position get 20% all this gets modified slightly depending on your stadium accessories and also whether you win/lose/draw a match. |
