You just create a formation normally then go to junior line-up and choose it. If you are not sure know how to choose it, look at the screenshot below and you can see that you have to click the arrow in the green box to change junior line-up Same can be done with seniors... For mobile users it's much simpler, you create a formation normally then go to "coach", then "line-up" then "formation".
