 This feature for senior only

what is the function of this feature?

This feature affects the player wishes to renew his contract.
if a player has less than 10% satisfaction rate, he will not approve new contract offer, and he will leave your team at the end of his current contract.

this feature also affects how long the players contract on new contract offer, a player with 100% satisfaction will accept untill 5 years contract, but a player with less than 90% satisfaction only approve 1-2 years contract.

player's satisfaction updated every end of match.
the formula for this should be
satisfaction = total played/max. posible playing x 100%

example:
a player listed in starting lineup 5 times, with posible to be starting 10 times.
his last satisfaction will be
5/10 x 100% = 50%

next match he listed in starting lineup, so his last satisfaction will be
6/11 x 100% = 55%

 The stat in player profile shows the rate of the player,and if you can see your word was happening in chelsea with Lampard......and in Real Madrid with Ronaldo,soo if that is reduce less salary would be paid to players,and the release clause would decrease as well,and if these happen every manager would start buying players with 45%avg 15yrs 87prog Gk for £1m,and the game would turns to another things......
So with this I against it.....but if you give a player with 10% satisfaction what he needs,he would stay with your team

that will be happened if this feature implemented to junior players.
sorry, i forgot write it clearly if i suggest it for senior players only.

 Yeah! It happen on real 'free transfer'...everything needs to be ball.,player that his contract has ends only be on for that,so everything still in control

it happened once a season only, and won't change price market forever, since much players join this game everyday. i was bought a no team player in market with 1M, now i sold it for 8M

 That gain,his current team don't resign him after his contract ends,and the player was on free signing and you be the lucky winner to sign him and pay the salary he wants,these type of signing available when the season just started,so after some days now,there would be no more to sign player with that 07/01/2013 16:00

there is much new players join this game everyday, so high quality players demand will be high.
each season much no team players sold in market, and till now infaltion problem never solved. 		07/01/2013 16:14
