Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I have searched many times & cannot find any info on the forums on this anywhere: Can anyone please point me to an explanation of how players earn experience & levels over the course of a season? Specifically, I mean the Experience stat that appears on the Stats page for each player, right under Stamina & just above Motivation. I have one IM who played every game for my team last season, usually as one of the top 2 or 3 players in terms of per-game average, but he has only 1.69 Experience and is still level 0 (and this after also playing 7 games for the team this season). Again, sorry if this info is available somewhere & I'm asking a dumb question - If it's out there, I seem to keep not finding it...  -b |

Players earn experience each game they play...generally between .02 and .1 per game. Higher leadership results in higher experience gain. No one seems really to know how its calculated, though some think that if a player plays at a level higher than their average, they earn more experience. Skills are earned at: Level 1 - 3.00 Level 2 - 6.40 Level 3 - 10.00 Level 4 - 13.80 Each additional level requires .2 more than the previous level (3.0+3.2+3.4+3.6 and so on). |

Thanks much for the info! The connection to leadership is not something I ever would have figured out, but it makes sense (the player I references has a pretty low rating there). Kinda funny how many things about the game fall into that "no one really knows..." category.  |
