there should be somehing to do with players loaned but not trained... ive loaned out this player http://en.strikermanager.com/jugador.php?id_jugador=7806718 and he hardly trained in one week... i dont know, perhaps a system like "loan history" that at the end of the season u can grade the manager u lent the player to, and everymanager can see this marks or something like this...

this is the second time it happens to me, and im a bit tired of wasting money on this kind of things...

As revenge, you can loan a player to the same person, but with a twist. Set the salary incredibly high. They wont be able to handle the costs for few weeks, and bam, system bot. Then the player will come back to your team, and you can loan it to a proper trainer.

I agree with you, i've loaned a good young GK to somebody that promise me to train him a lot, i follow my loaned players and this GK has not been trained till now,
it should be something like a triple warnig, third warning and the player comes back.

i loaned a DMF to someone.also gave him full schedule still he is not training him.warned him 3 times.
there should be an option of recall a player back on loan like it's in real world.

it's a good idea armo, but i think SM should do something with this as they do something if u lie in the FC of the players... they lie to get some profit.

in fact , is also unfair for their league mates, as they have better players to play the league...

Same thing happened to me. loaned a high prog junior RB to a trainer who promised to train him thoroughly. sadly he didnt show the decency to stick to his word and didnt at all train him. warned him 3 or 4 times. begged him to train the player. he didnt reply to my messages. in the end i got the player just the way i gave to him with the same avg, an year older and cos of that lower fc. had to sell him because of that after that shortly as he was ruined by that manager.
should i make his name public here. so that at least now no unfortunate managers will fall into is trap ?. he is a div 5 Nigerian manager.

also support perdy's idea of a loan history to rate managers as per the work they have done in the previous seasons so that in future the defaulters cant fool anyone.

Thanks
Lumi
