This is first season from begining to me, and I never played Cup games, so I guessed its because of that. But yes, I noticed that too. |

You gain 10 stamina points per player every night. For a player who plays all 90 minutes of a game, you will lose a minimum of 7 points of stamina if you play the entire game at 0% energy. As you increase energy levels you will also increase stamina loss. Furthermore, your level of fitness will influence stamina loss and gain for a match. To ensure your players maintain high stamina, you must keep your fitness at 99% with your physiotherapist, find a level of energy-play that corresponds to a level of stamina loss that you can fully recover in a day or week, and rotate your players according to their recovery needs.
