yes I understand your frustration. Especially since you will pay 2 months salary to your doctor to dismiss him.
It's true that in the end the financial loss is enormous.
there are other functions in the staff on which one could debating.
I speak the post of Scout and the Technical Secretary.
I find that their functions are similar and I don't see the interest to pay 2 employees for do the same thing

Fire him and get a cheaper one. Look say you're paying 200k per week for him. If you fire him it will cost 400k. Then hire someone who costs 40k per week. In three weeks time the money is made back. 13/01/2013 20:05

i double my doctor as a masseuse and also since he is highly paid, he is on a 24 hour call; he gets only 3 hours to see his wife per day. And if I ever think of restarting my cafeteria, he will be a chef there too.
