You get free junior plays whom you can see what their progression is. You can either train these youths for your team or sell them for profit. 12/01/2013 20:25

At your stage, you shouldn't open too much schools. The cost of maintenance will tell on your finances. Most schools, however, are a waste. So, you may open 'em, maintain 'em, and still get NOTHING out of 'em.

Good luck man.

No problem.

But as Ali Agharabi has said, schools are definitely not worth it for lower divisions as the weekly maintenance for those schools far outweighs the benefits of it. For you, you should focus on building up your stadium as that's probably the best long term investment for any team. Worry about schools when you're in a much higher division and when you also have a good source of income to maintain those schools.

If you were to create a school in a lower division such as divs 5-7, I would only advise getting Excellent Uruguay or Excellent Dutch/Holland/Netherlands school 12/01/2013 23:06
