The absolute worst problem with this game is inflation. Players sometimes selling for hundreds of millions all the way up to a billion. For a player?! What it does is keep the top teams up top with NO hope for smaller teams to move up. I'm not sure how to completely fix the problem, but I have a suggestion that might help. Spoiler alert, the top teams of division 1-3 won't approve of this, so it wont happen. What's happening is every time there's a very highly rated player for sale for a reasonable cost, some big fish team scoops them up(leaving the lower team needing talent in the dust), and then proceeds to turn around and put the player right back up for sale at a ridiculous cost. This is one place the DEVELOPERS could do something about this problem. Force teams to have to keep a newly bought player for at least a week or two, if not a month, before being able to sell him again. This idea isn't a fix all, rather a way to curb this Rubbish. If the Developers don't do something to fix this, they'll end up with less overall people playing the game. It's the sole reason so many people quit. Edited by Kc ProSpecT 14-01-2013 19:20 |

The same thing is entirely doable by lower division teams as well, just not at the same amount of profit. Finding under priced players and then turning around and selling them at their proper value is an easy way to make a living on the game. It happened to me yesterday. I sold a player for 1 million and about an hour later I looked at the player and he was on auction and being sold for 1.5 million. In 24 hours the guy made a 50% profit on that player. Now obviously he'd have to do that over and over to even get close to making a lot of money, but it's doable. Especially if you can afford to buy a player for X million and put him on auction over and over until you get the offer you want. I fully agree that it's hard for a new player to jump into the game at the moment. I know I'd probably be intimidated if I joined the game now and saw that division 5 was littered with 50 average teams and here I was with a 30 average team and no idea how to boost them up (there honestly needs to be a better tutorial about training and new players need to be given more players with decent progression so they can actually learn how to train players up.) As for the suggestion, I think it hurts everyone more than it helps. What if my CF gets injured and I need money for a backup so I have to sell the IM I just bought to supplement my cash? Then maybe I'm forced to short sell one of my other players I don't really want to sell and I lose out on a good prospect. That sort of thing could happen to anyone from division 1 to division 6. |

This inflation can't be solved. When every manager sell or buy a players, there is always some time addicted to that. This shows how brilliant and smart you when especially buying a player. Edited by Playboy99 15-01-2013 09:05 |

I agree totally with eam, have a look through that junior market. 85 prog in alot of positions goes for less than a million quIte often. It took me 3 weeks last season to completely fill my junior team with 80+prog players. You may have to spend quite some time looking, but they are there. There is a limited number of top teams and players are starting to drift down the leagues. After all senior teams can only hold 25 players. If anything ave 70ish and below are not going up in price and the difference between a 85 player and a 90 player may just be the leadership stat. |

The Market it's part of the game. The more time spent on looking for players the more you earn (cheap players or money). | 16/01/2013 09:34 |
