I definately go with baddest boss, have been waiting for someone to bring up this matter coz it helps in a situation whereby you are loosing a match in d first half, you will be able to give your player "HALF TIME TEAM TALKS" which may easily turn d game around and make you win the match.. | 17/01/2013 07:26 |

The game is in such a way that you cannot make any changes to whatever you have done once a match starts. In my opinion, that is really cool and should remain that way. Edited by @FC Ubuntu 17-01-2013 10:07 |

All you have to do is edit your advanced tactics so your team plays with a higher effort or style in the 2nd half or whenever you're losing. Your idea of "half team talks" is just redundant then. |

You need to stop comparing Striker Manager and Football Manager. Both are completely different games. Football manager is paid version while as this game is a free one. You need to understand that it is just not possible for the developers to make such drastic changes. The only focus at the moment should be based on improvement of the simulation and the developers are working towards it. They already worked on some bugs that managers faced in beta friendlies. Once the Beta version of the sim is 100% bug free they will put it in the regular games. |
