No I'm not cross, and I'm sorry if it seemed that way, I speak to many managers that struggle to understand, sometimes a definition does help them. |

Hey,what are you guys actually talking about....kc,is it that the forecast is not correct or the player didn't reach the average at the time you want......can you please share the link of those players and let check them..........  Edited by Oyewale 24-01-2013 10:37 |

The players didn't reach the forecast'd average given to me by the game. These two players were supposed to rise on Monday, 3 days and 2 training lessons later they still haven't. If you want to check the players out, they are CF Jeremy Lawal and CDF Raimundo Baratta. I'll open their forecasts up so you can see the chunk of line missing where they were supposed to rise. | 24/01/2013 10:39 |

Like Eam has said....training result reduces as the player improves....so |

The player Jeremy Lawal has 77 motivation so he is in subs. Are you sure he wasn't in starting line-up (100+ motivation) when you were getting better training results? Also like eam said, training decreases as average or/and certain attributes rise. |

Looking at Jeremy, seems like he's never had his leadership trained. He'd go up faster in average if you did. It would be a bit pointless, but he'd go up faster. Different trainings add different amounts of average. Player averages are made up of different stats for different positions. It's completely impossible for forecast to be 100% correct. What happens if you're improving shooting on a defender, it's fairly obvious that he's going to gain less average than an CF who's training shooting. |

On your squad page there is a button called progression that does what you seek. It will tell you what their average will be based on the training schedule you've selected. It doesn't last long and costs a hell of a lot more than forecast does. |
