Sample size of > 24 is enough to be statistically significant. Figuring 10k users, this poll currently has a margin of error at 8% @ 95% confidence Interval. So i'm pretty confident that this is an accurate reflection. If you are concerned to the point of action, and you want them to participate, send out a poll to all of your friends who don't read the forums, then forward the results to me. Of course, those results will be subject to verification, so send me the username + vote for each one you tally. If there are "voting irregularities", you will be subject to sanction. No official date, I have asked rand to give 24h notice. My experience indicates that it will almost surely be a Thursday night (US) release. So figure after the Cup games or the final regular league games next week. I'll see if i can get a firm date by Monday afternoon. |
