Junior players playing games gain some experiences which led him to develop.Training also avail them to develop or earn some skills. So both are important. | 02/02/2013 08:34 |

Juniors don't earn experience points playing games (while in junior squad). The only important thing to know is that junior games affect their motivation and the higher their motivation, the higher they train. So yeah, it helps with training them better. It is important to have them in starting line-up or subs (depending on space available) and not in the wrong position on the field |

the amount of games juniors play is fixed no matter your line up. but in order to get the most out of these games.. it is advised u make an advance formation for your junior line up so that they win most of their games. As @pat said, the result of junior matches affects their training and it is always best to try and let them win all of their matches to get maximum training done. PS. make sure your players are in position where they play. if they are out of position.. motivation will be lowered than the reserves which is.. NOT GOOD. Edited by .XOXO 02-02-2013 12:24 |
